Rental Fee Includes:

• Use of the Property from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on Fridays or Saturdays / 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sundays (music must end one hour prior) / 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Weekdays

Event Rental Pricing

Friday: $3,000
Saturday: $4,000
Sundays and Weekdays: $2,500

• Off-season rates are available in January, February, July, August, and September. Ask us about military/first-responder discounts!
